Use this form to ask for your school portal account, including the KAS School Portal mobile app, and the personal data linked to it to be deleted. Accounts are created and managed by your school, so we verify each request with the school before deleting anything.
What is deleted
- Your school portal and app login account
- Your profile details, contact details and profile photo
- Messages and files linked to your account
What your school may keep
- Academic records such as results, report cards and attendance, and fee payment records, where the school must keep them for its records or by law. These are kept only as long as required and are not used for anything else.
How long it takes
- We confirm your request by email, usually within 7 days.
- Your account and data are deleted within 30 days of confirmation.
