When this Error is Encountered, it means one of the following:
Your Account has not yet been activated
Your account was blocked by the School Administration
Your account was temporary suspended by the School Administration
1. Your Account has not yet been activated
If your account has not been activated, Please visit your Check Up email account and click on the link Provided or
enter the activation code in the space provided by your school portal app. This feature was debated whether or not to be added but was finally added because of some
security reasons. We want to know if the email address you have supplied is rreally yours because this email address will be used for so many confirmation and
security check. This email is what you will use if you have lost your password.
Where is this Activation Space?
Click on the Activate link you see and this will take you to a page where you can type in your confirmation code which is found in your email address.
This is only if your account has not been activated before.
If you cannot still rectify it yourself, then meet your schools admin to help you fix this problem.
2. Your account was blocked by the School Administration
The Check in "blocked" may also be as a result of detected fraud or scam or an irregular use of your portal. This may
result as a reported scam on your account. if you have been signing in before, then the only way to resolve this is
to meet the school admin and resolve this issue.
What should i do so that this wount happen again?
If you regain your account, mind the way you chat and post in your discussion panel. Your post in discussions can be reported and if more than
3 student report that post, it will attract the admin it and your account can be blocked if you have posted something that is offensive.
Note: Your Parent will be the only one accessing your account for the payment of school fees and other necessary fees payment
if your account is blocked.
3. Your account was temporary suspended by the School Administration
This Option is only possible if your account was temporarily suspended by the school admin for maintenance.
Your account will be activated soon if it is true. But Please, make sure that you have confirmed the status of your account.
Click on the Activate link you see and this will take you to a page where you can type in your confirmation code which is found in your email address.
