Why did this happen?
This only happens when your account has not been activated by the administrator of the school. This is just a security
feature to make sure that only authorized users edit and make use of their advanced account. This feature was added for the security of our data and that of the school. When the Admin sees your profile
and confirms your account as legitimate, then you can have full access and control of the portal. One very good way of letting the admin know that this account does not belong to a robot
is to complete your profile.
My Profile?
If you have not yet completed your profile, that may be the major cause. Please click on the complete your profile so that the admin
can use these details or the verification. Your account should be at least 85% commplete. Your profile tells the school
about you. We are sure that even strangers will register so completeing your profile will help us differentiate the real students and
parents from others.
What do i do?
Have you completed your profile Yet? But If you are in Urgent need of your account, first complete your profile and then visit the school admin and lay this complaint so that your account
will be activated immediately. If you are not in urgent need of account, then wait for 24 hours after registration and check back again.
If you have registered atfer 2 days and your account has not been activated, then visit the school admin for your account activation immediately.
Note: If you are seeing this error notification, none of the buttons you click will function
