Why did this occur?
This Error only occurs when there is an incorrect login attempt on an account silmutateously probably 3 times.
This Security feature was added due to the advent of the web robot. Your account was not suspended but the login form was only disabled
for some fraction of seconds to allow the server rest in handling errors coming from the form.
We can also say that we have prevented brute force attack force implemented by some robots on forms
How do i get past this? Getting past this is very easy. All you need to do is to use the keyboard
shortcut "F5" or by clicking the reresh icon found on your browser's navigation. This will allow the server rest a little while and start afresh with your multiple request.

Other Lock Cases
After some series of unsuccessful logins, the Portal can decide to lock down your login for a limited time depending on the gravity of the login attempt rate. Extreme cases might lead to 1 day login suspension while other cases might lead to a 2 minutes wait.
If you know your Username and password, then this error should not occur. Always check your Caps Lock because the username and password are case sensitive.
If you detect that you have forgottten your username or password, then the email recovery method is the best option.
Click on the Forgot Password Link below your form and then supply your email address in the box provided and then a verification mail will be sent to you instantly.
Follow the link sent to you and you are good to go.
Security implication
Anytime the check in suspension is encountered, your IP address is been logged and deleted after 30 days of
check up free attempts. If your IP is been logged for more than 5 times in 30 days, your IP will be blocked from
accessing this portal. Kastech Network scripts will not take it easy with your workstation when this happens.
How do i prevent this?
Always make sure that you have the correct login details to your account.
After making 2 Unsuccessive login on your account, try refreshing the browser.
Make sure that you are not seeing the message "Do not Check in with this Browser" at the top of the form.
